In this role I strategized and implemented effective marketing campaigns to increase student enrollment and raise program awareness for the College of Health Professions. I ensured that information included in department marketing materials is accurate and informative. • Wrote and edited original material for publication to promote the program to multiple audiences, including prospective students, alum, faculty, and patients. • Assisted in the development of local, regional, national news stories, news pitches and stories for external and internal communications. • Cultivated content and managed updates for the College of Health Professionals websites.

In this role I used my expertise in social media marketing to provide guidance on how to best use existing and emerging social media platforms to accomplish positive brand awareness and campaign objectives. I collaborated with an amazing team to develop compelling brand stories and tell them in creative ways across multiple digital channels. The goal of my work was to find ways to continuously engage an online community of more that 3.3 MM social subscribers, cultivate new communities of supporters and encourage people everywhere to take action to expand the lifesaving mission of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.Additionally, I used data to provide executive leadership with strategic analysis and reporting that demonstrated the overall effectiveness of our social media strategy, and identify areas of opportunity, to help achieve campaign and organizational KPIs.

In this role, I collaborated with multiple internal partners to to create and execute enterprise and programmatic social media campaigns.I was a key leader in the selection and onboarding of a new enterprise wide social media management system. As part of this effort, I helped develop a cohesive content tagging taxonomy as well as a suite of standardized dashboard reports which monitored our social media efforts and brand presence across multiple channels.

In this role I led the daily operations, including writing, scheduling and moderating content across more than 35 national and regional accounts on multiple social platforms. I also led community engagement and moderation of ALSAC/St. Jude social media accounts. Working closely with PR and Executive Communications teams, I developed response matrix and documented procedures on how social media team addressed common questions and recurrent issues within our online communities. This ensured that social messaging and community management was consistently on brand, accurate and provided an engaging experience for subscribers and the online community of St. Jude supporters.
