Operations Manager
CurrentResponsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations and profitability of the center by overseeing and executing all client administrative and technical services and for ensuring rapid response and high client satisfaction levels through the management of center staff and resources. The OM is responsible for supervising the Team Members in the center. They provide quality administrative and telephone backup to Team Members, clients and management, as needed. They also assist the GM with all aspects of sales, and marketing of the center.
