Recruited to lead development and institutional advancement program strategy for the University's College of Health Sciences—driving exceptional experiences among a network of 25,000+ donors and alumni in order to maximize charitable giving and foster their lifetime engagement with the university.

Provided executive leadership and fiscal governance to this 400-member 501(c)3 organization dedicated to educating and inspiring women around the power of collective giving.

Recruited to this national fundraising consultancy to provide advice, counsel, and leadership support to a diverse range of nonprofit clients—assisting executive-level leaders with the planning/execution of capital campaigns, conducting development program audits, facilitating best practice implementation, and supporting key initiatives related to talent acquisition and volunteer recruitment/management.

Initially hired as Community Development Manager for St. Luke’s Regional Medical Center and promoted to Chief Development Officer for St. Luke’s Health Foundation leading the philanthropy team for the Boise and Meridian Medical Centers, Children’s Hospital, and Cancer Institute.
