CurrentSince starting her real estate career in 2004, Heather has had a passion for real estate but most of all she is excited to help people fulfill their dreams. Heather has taken her 15 years of experience in home builder sales to work for clients and focus on her clients needs. To represent clients in a transaction versus corporate executives & shareholders speaks to Heather’s values & strong work ethic. Her knowledge of purchasing & selling real estate will aid any client she represents in buying, selling or referring friends or family. Coming from a family background in the real estate industry & primarily living in Florida since the mid 1980’s, Heather jokes that she’s been in real estate since she was 11 years old. That familiarity is of great benefit to her clients as she can aid, provide guidance, reassurance & has the resources, relationships & experience to facilitate a smoother transaction for those who work with Heather. In sum - she wants to work for You. Heather is not only passionate about real estate, but about animals. Her home is often dubbed the “Mills Farm” by friends & family with several rescue pets (cats, dogs & until recently an African Gray Parrot). She committed herself to years of service with the Tampa Bay Builders Association & the Sales & Marketing Council serving on committees for Charity, Marketing & the Parade of Homes. Nine years of work lead her to an executive position on the Council where the Sales & Marketing Council won national recognition.
