Challenged to lead business model revamp to shift from Target-defined to market-driven timing and action, as well as a shift from leveraging domestic-only vendors to include direct-to-factory, a first in Target history. Led domestic and international sourcing trips. Piloted seasonal strategy workshops later expanded to 6 key partners. Established quarterly meeting structure with Target teams in China, Vietnam, India, Thailand, and the US. Designed project vision for organizational change management, engagement strategy, and SAP training; saved millions in expenses. Trained >200 personnel in project management principles; project recognized as benchmark for subsequent transformations.SENIOR PROCESS ANALYST – ASSURANCE [3 YEARS]Planned and guided financial and operational audits; conceived, built the business case, and won senior executive approval for creation of an Assurance Operations Team. Unified operations, trimmed hiring expenses, and simplified on-boarding.
