Current• Manage & enhance Salesforce CRM platform for $9bn revenue P&L supporting 1,800 users including Sales, Engineering, and Operations through a functional team of 4-5 direct reports and extended staff of 15 developers. • Developed continuous improvement roadmap to drive priorities across ITO for Services including hoshin initiatives, support for regional Strategy & Ops teams and enablement of global standards.• Extensive experience across the Lean methodology including VSMs, Kaizens, projects and daily management to help support growth and drive improvement in global commercial processes and enablement through Salesforce. • Owned the wing-to-wing design of standard analytics in Wave supporting Services Commercial Leader. Implemented pipeline visibility, pacing, win/loss, and outages to connect KPIs with deal/customer level and supported identifying actions with business line leadership. • Strategically partner with regional Sales & Commercial Operations leadership to implement ITR priorities as global standards.
