I specialize in "Special Projects". Currently, I am creating and editing the majority of all standard operating procedures for the Human Investment Department, which includes Benefits, Payroll, Learning and Development, and Talent Acquisition. I was originally brought in to help train the roll-out of a new system for 700+ employees in a 2 month time-span. Due to my attention to detail and high level of efficiency, as well as a previous expertise in creating call center manuals, I was asked to continue in the roll of special projects contractor. My ability to gather information and ask the correct questions for systems and procedures, as well as, an underlying knowledge of insurance, real estate, accounting, and scientific-method thinking allows me to understand and create in-depth procedures for processes in a manner in which another person can follow without having any prior experience doing the task. I have also assisted, periodically, in payroll-based projects, and proofing material for distribution by the Talent Acquisitions departments.

Managed and coordinated all work in the office of a CPA specializing in international business clients with holdings in both Mexico and the United States. Duties included but not limited to management of or self-preparation of all payroll deposits and filings (50+ clients for several states), sales tax(30+) and bookkeeping for review and submission. Extension and filing coordination of client's franchise tax(300+), federal tax returns (personal & business-600+), and year-end 1099/W-2 preparation filings. Preparation of many personal and business returns for CPA review and finalization. Management of 2-4 team members.

Organized, developed, and wrote training manuals for San Antonio call center, which were subsequently used for quality assurance evaluations of CSRs and disseminated company-wide.Responsible for training Property & Casualty licensing classes for new agents, billing procedures, claims intake, and new product/duties implementation.Obtained CISR designation.

Responsible for auditing assigned CSRs according to departmental monthly goals and standards of excellence to develop and improve the CSRs performance in accordance with company goals; Monthly commission configuration for the Call Center & Field Operations for Concord Insurance Services (owned by Mercury); Designated the Chairperson of the Procedure Changes Committee for QA; Maintained the call reporting function; Managed monthly auditing team assignment configurations based on supervisor approval and departmental goals.

Responsible for servicing current policy holders in addition to selling new business policies; Monitored/trained team members, giving feedback and advice per weekly focus as discussed with supervisor, grading weekly team comments, interacting with other Administrative Agents to discuss ideas on improving general team performance, and serving as supervisor when immediate supervisor was out; Developed numerous training forms for the team which were later implemented in the Training Program for the company.

Decisions for individual studies are made at my discretion guided by supervisor’s knowledge of company’s preferences; Responsible for all stages of studies from beginning to end (drug vehicle discovery followed through to final data reports), including communication with investigative company; Worked as a team member for others with their individual studies, maintaining mice populations with xenographic tumor lines, incorporating in vitro tumor lines in vivo, performed minor surgical procedures, and maintained aseptic technique/standards throughout procedures.
