• Was promoted in Oct 2017 to a National Delivery Manager role, responsible for overseeing the solutions delivery for a $15MM portfolio in Modis’ Enterprise financial services and insurance vertical. Core.

• Ensuring consistent and timely delivery against several high-volume accounts, spanning numerous locations throughout the US.

• Analyzing team member performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) including call and submission volume, submission: interview, and interview: start ratios, and progress against quarterly and annual goals.
• Engaging in weekly 1x1’s to review goals/expectations and offer targeted coaching and advice on how to better attain individual personal growth targets.

• Was promoted to the Director of Recruiting & Talent Solutions for Modis Chicago in July 2015, and took on responsibility for leading and managing the activities of Chicago’s core recruiting team. In addition, continued.

• Facilitating daily huddle meetings to prioritize daily assignments, shorten the job order lifecycle, and drive new business forward.
• Conducting weekly 1x1 meetings with recruiters to determine goals, assess progress towards goals, and monitor success against key performance indicators
