Primary corporate office liaison for five regional CIO’s, vice presidents, directors and project managers within the Information Technology Services (ITS) group. Reviewed financial data results and analyzed data trends to provide a more accurate revenue / expense forecast for multiple business units. Managed monthly accrual process including analysis of unbilled interest for a $135 billion portfolio; allocated accrual forecast to 6 business units and 50 segments. Major contributor to the weekly and quarterly risk weighted asset forecasts for corporate compliance.● Streamlined work flows and improved accuracy for balance sheet forecast process as finance liaison with accounting department: $135 billion in assets.● Increased accuracy and decreased costs by automating a number of manual processes: model used to allocate $15 billion in Capital down to 50 business units; trend analysis report used to compare actual balance sheet results to forecast; model used to produce and measure daily portfolio performance compared to forecast.

Conducted quantitative analysis of financial data for 4 business units to forecast and manage operating expenses while identifying future trends to management for use in making financial decisions regarding forecasted dollars. Generated in-depth trend analysis for Debit Card Operations group whose forecasted dollars were based primarily on incoming calls and claim volumes and their related productivity per full time employee. ● Created reports and analysis for Senior Management during the 2008 budget season that resulted in my receiving a Service Excellence award and an On the Spot award for contributions to the team outside my normal realm of responsibilities.
