Diversity in Community (Dicomm) is a pioneering organization dedicated to establishing an inclusive information platform in Asia for LGBTQIA+ communities. Through a comprehensive array of programs, including corporate training, seminars, community education, and sex/gender workshops, Dicomm actively fosters diversity and inclusivity. These initiatives equip individuals and organizations with valuable insights, raising awareness and promoting allyship.At Dicomm, we envision a world where everyone thrives, regardless of gender or sexual orientation. - Inputting survey data extracted from autopsies, suicide notes, and official documents into digital formats, intended for constructing a comprehensive database for in-depth analysis.- Collaborating extensively with a diverse team of researchers and School Development Officers that allowed me to review evidence-based suicide prevention policies and programs.

- Acquired firsthand experience with advocacy campaigns and policy reform processes. Conducted research on the reform of the UK's sexual offenses laws, including the positive duty to inform advocacy initiatives and policy recommendations. Additionally, I undertook an in-depth exploration of the affirmative consent model and synthesized findings.- Translated educational leaflets into other languages and evaluated vendor quotes to secure the most cost-effective and accurate translation services.- Facilitated sex education workshop in a secondary school, with the aim of providing students with foundational knowledge regarding the definition of sexual violence.
