As HRLD Program Manager-responsible for providing strategic and operational direction to leadership development programs, including recruiting, job rotations, performance management, coaching, developing and leading cross functional and HR training sessions. As HR Learning Leader-responsible for creating an enterprise wide strategic learning plan and identifying and implementing learning solutions as well as developing competency models for HR.
