Heather LaVonne Guy Grinnell College Class of 2014 Alum has been in the entertainment business for years. In 2011 at the mere age of 19, she worked as an Associate Producer for one of Chicago’s finest television companies: Flair TV Inc. At Flair, she produced and set up interviews with celebrities such as NBA Basketball Player Shannon Brown, Michael Finley, Jon B, Carl Thomas, K. Michelle, Tony Roberts, Juelz Santana, and many more. In her sophomore year of college, she produced her own show entitled, “The Heather LaVonne Guy Show” where she hosted interviews with celebrities such as rock/jazz pianist Elew, hip hop artist Fat Tony and hip hop group BBU and many more. Heather LaVonne has also choreographed for and performed in dance showcases at both Grinnell & Spelman College and worked on some of their major theatrical productions including stage crew for Grinnell College's main-stage production of Sunday in the Park with George and wardrobe design crew for Spelman College's main-stage production of Real Women Have Curves. Just recently in 2013, Heather LaVonne made her directorial debut in Grinnell College's Annual One-Act Festival with the direction of her own one-act play, entitled, "The Unwanted" by Walter Wykes.
