CurrentServices include:-Capacity building and continuous improvement-Staff development planning, training, and coaching-Grant writing-Program evaluation and feedback-NYS afterschool licensing advisement-Curriculum development and feedback-Strategy and program design-Trainings in a range of topics (e.g., curriculum design, behavior management, social-emotional learning, restorative practices, project-based learning, workforce development, child/youth development, child abuse/neglect identification, outcomes-based planning, continuous improvement, leadership development, program self-assessment)PROJECT EXAMPLESTraining:-Piloted teacher coaching method using a university-developed observation framework in combination with video-based, online, and in-person consultation process to support social-emotional learning in elementary students.-Trained staff in youth development programs in curriculum writing, social-emotional learning, workforce development, project-based learning, continuous improvement, outcomes-focused programming, among other topics, with 85% of programs reporting high levels of training satisfaction.Grant-writing:-Authored proposals and earned $3M in government grants for 8 non-profits and school districts.Program Evaluation:-Conducted site visits of federally funded high school programs across the U.S. to gather best practices and co-authored report on findings for the U.S. Dept. of Education.-Evaluated 14 youth programs using state-approved quality self-assessment tool to support program improvement and sustainability goals.Sustainability:-Co-facilitated sustainability and continuous improvement planning meetings for 5 districts and nonprofits running programs, leading to the development of fundraising and financial management plans, action plans for program refinement and development, new partnership engagement, and ongoing quality assurance
