Managed capacity building services for youth development programs, schools, districts, and education systems, including contract development, scopes of work, budgets, trainer management, and reporting. Co-designer of department's redesign, including creation of business development plan, updated branding and marketing, website restructuring, updated products and services catalogue, and conversion of in-person professional development to online modules. KEY PROJECTS:Co-led continuous improvement initiatives of 10 international urban school districts working to create district-wide responses to systemic education problems, resulting in the adoption of data-driven decision-making, revised policies and instructional practices, and 3 papers on systems change lessons learned. (See "Innovate, Iterate, Improve...")Designed business development strategy for providing services to the youth development sector, including partnership criteria, fee structures, impact assessments, scope management, marketing materials, and scaling, resulting in 6 new national partners. Designed and Managed PASE's only federally funded capacity building grant. Also, managed training, technical assistance, network events, and conferences for PASE's network of 1600 youth development programs across New York City. KEY PROJECT:Designed and managed 3-year, $750K federally funded capacity-building program for 6 youth agencies. This included creating a program self-assessment process and using the results to design a customized series of seminars to address agency needs; vetting and assigning executive coaches to work with executive directors; management of capacity building activities of each organization; designing peer-to-peer learning events; and budgeting, reporting, and funder management.
