I joined rradar in 2017 and I am a qualified Project Manager. I am responsible for supporting the Senior Leadership Team in the operational, logistical and administrative oversight of projects within rradar. With over 10 years of project and management experience, combined with extensive hands-on event and marketing expertise, I see myself as a valuable asset to the business in a very varied and challenging role.My roles prior to working with rradar spanned a variety of sectors, including banking, travel and education recruitment. These positions allowed me to gain a wealth of knowledge and experience in people management and team leadership, whilst also giving me a well rounded view of how different sized companies work and function. This led me, very naturally, into a more operational and project focused position with rradar.
