Responsible for: - Developing strategic plans related to fundraising- Donor recognition programs- Administration (information technology, financial reporting, office management)- Planning and coordinating events for major donors or with community partners, public events related to fundraising, and other endeavors.- Partnering closely with the ED and has open access to the Board to chart the Foundations future growth. - Maintaining and updating finances, responsibilities held as the Assistant Treasurer

Responsible for:-Updating and monitoring the Foundation website as well as all outlets of social media, creating news stories for the site & update all information on programs and projects. - Creating and executing fundraising campaigns- Overseeing and managing events sponsored or held by the Foundation- Assisting with design and management of Foundation merchandise- Maintaining and updating finances, responsibilities held as the Assistant Treasurer

Solely responsible for running all aspects of the Philadelphia Soul organization during the suspended 2009 season.

Responsible for creating and overseeing placement of all marketing including radio and television commercials, newspaper and Internet ads, and outdoor advertising. Also designed and implemented a program to track the Soul Moving Experience, which made possible the donation of over 50,000 tickets to non-profit organizations; processed community requests and sponsorship fulfillment for player, Soulmate and mascot appearances; organized and ran the Soul Kidz Club; and worked with non-profit organizations to track and fulfill all donation requests.Was responsible for organizing and running all aspects of the Philadelphia Soulmate Dance Team tryouts, keeping track of the Soulmates payroll, and designing and ordering all pieces of their uniforms.

Created and implemented a group ticket sales effort to include staff management, budgeting, tracking and goal assessment, and a marketing plan for the department.
