Heather is the owner of MBS Pilates. She currently instructs advanced classes and private sessions. She is an NCPT Certified Instructor completing the 780-hour Classical Pilates certification program through Pilates Sense. Her focus is on quality instruction, effectiveness, and safety. She is committed to continuing her education to expand her knowledge of the Pilates method and bodywork.

As the Sales & Marketing Manager, my daily objectives include daily management of sales and guest count goals and targeted and focused efforts to maximize performance and exceed objectives. Through indirect and direct sales techniques, I strive to drive sales and guest counts to meet or exceed budgeted goals. Develop and manage annual local marketing plan to drive business in keeping with budgeted objectives and provide an appropriate return on investment. Maintain awareness of competitive and local market climate; adapt my efforts to address unanticipated changes. Provide direction to operations for sales projections. Showing, selling, and maximizing private dining space. Assist in managing local public relations and advertising opportunities. Utilize collected information as a tool to expand sales and grow the database via a balanced focus on potential and present guest base.

As the sales & marketing manager, I generate sales revenue from new and existing companies by developing creative new streams of revenue, establishing and maintaining relationships with local clients, executing a sales and marketing plan to increase sales, and building new business through telephone and in-person sales calls, market the restaurant concept and function as a public relations spokesperson, plan and execute on and off-site catered and marketing events, work with large parties to create and coordinate memorable events in five private boardrooms, and train new incoming Sales & Marketing Managers
