Program Management Office (PMO) LeadResponsible for monitoring, reporting, and overseeing Army Contract Writing System (ACWS) program management office operations. Provided guidance and support to executives, functional team leads, managers, and team members.Risk Management and Quality Assurance • Manages the risks, issues, and opportunities (RIO) process for the program;• Serves as an adviser at Team/Branch meetings, Risk Working Group meetings, and other meetings; • Maintains the Risk Management Plan and other standard operating procedures;• Tracks and updates Risk register and associated mitigation activities in JIRA and Project Recon systems;• Provides RIO management training;• Work with Functional Team Leads to facilitate RIO identification and analysis;• Completes an initial screening of RIOs; • Prepares RIO briefings, reports, and documents required for product reviews;• Drafts, reviews, and updates key project documents for delivery to the client;• Manages in-house quality procedures, standards, and specifications; and• Assesses customer requirements and ensures that they are met.CAC and GFE Property Administrator• Work as Lead POC with the client to provide Common Access Cards (CACs), NIPRNet access, and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) laptops for all team members; and• Train CGI members on Army processes and troubleshoot challenges.Personnel Manager• Maintains program team recruiting and interviewing program; counseling hiring managers on candidate selection;• Manage the Program’s hiring process, including recruiting, mobility, part-time/temporary, and surge support;• Maintain a pipeline of incoming prospects, offers extended, and start dates; and• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.Member of the Class of 2019 Career Advocate Program (CAP) mentoring program
