Currently leading a team of lawyers and paralegals at Zimmer Biomet, Mrs. Lyions has broad in-house experience representing corporate clients, private foundations and individuals. Her experience includes providing direct legal services on matters ranging from contract drafting and negotiation to employment issues to healthcare fraud and abuse. She also has significant experience managing outside counsel in litigation, corporate and regulatory matters and handling non-legal responsibilities such as budgeting and operations.
