Guided an environmental claims review process.- Engaged the team on impact, upskilling through carbon literacy, training and coaching to enable individual ownership of the collective organisational impact goals- Engaging in action to drive wider systemic change outside the organisation through representing Oddbox at events presenting on panels, in talks and being co chair for the B corp food waste working Group

2 six month placements at:- RBS Social and Community Capital Charity where I designed and deployed a £1 million grant fund during the Coronavirus pandemic to support social enterprises employing people from vulnerable and disadvantaged groups, supporting 33 organisations and over 400 people.- Oddbox as their Impact Associate developing their mission and vision, measuring their carbon footprint, developing an environmental measurement tool and led the B Corp certification process

- Impact assessment - developed strategies and conducted impact assessments on companies as part of due diligence processes for impact investors- Led the research and analysis for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Reporting Challenge in the UK - reporting on how the FTSE 100 embed the SDGs into their business strategy- Delivery Lead for DFID's Investing in a Better World project - a research project to understand the UK public's interest in sustainable investing- Programme and Market Building Manager for DFID's Impact Programme - responsible for programme and grant management to help build the market for impact investing in Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia- Programme Manager for DFID's Raising Risk Awareness - using science and communications to improve understanding of the role of climate change in extreme weather events in Kenya and India- Operational transformation for various clients - focusing on operational efficiency, process improvement and improving customer journeys.

Sierra Leone

Developed the business case for expanding the microfinance offering to lower income clients in Makeni, Sierra Leone and conducted due diligence on loan applicants.
