My vision is a conscious transition to a regenerative future where people live in harmony with themselves, others, and nature.My mission is to empower people committed to making a positive impact to find deeper happiness, fulfilment and peace and to feel empowered to have a more systemic and meaningful impact in the world.I support people working to make a positive difference in the world who might be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, struggling with climate anxiety, are feeling unfulfilled, or are questioning how to make a meaningful impact in the world. I work with them to support them to feel happier, to be more authentic, to live and work in alignment with their values, to feel more joy, contentment and peace within themselves and what's happening in the world.- I offer 1:1 coaching to support people to feel more fulfilled and more empowered to do the work they want to do. I also work with organisations to deliver workshops and do talks about emotional resilience, systems thinking and inner transformation for outer change. - I host monthly mindful, nature walks in Surrey called Conscious Changemakers Walk - if you would like to join you can find them on eventbrite.- I host a podcast called On Becoming the Change which is about personal transformation to enable systemic change - you can find the episodes on my Substack and spotify.- I facilitate conscious evolution collage workshops - if you would like to organise one with your organisations, please reach out. If you would like to attend one you can find them on eventbrite.About Me:I have 10 years of experience working in the impact and sustainability space, as a sustainability consultant at PwC and as Head of Impact and Sustainability at Oddbox. I'm an ICF-certified Transformative Coach through Animas, an NLP practitioner and a trained Climate Change Coach. My approach is grounded in systems thinking and mindfulness.I volunteer with my local climate action group, organising the annual Great Big Green Week and running regular Climate Cafes and People, Planet, Pint events. I am on a journey to try and become a more regenerative and content human. I am deeply interested in mindfulness, self-awareness and consciousness. I am passionate about community and the power in connecting with others and nature and I organise monthly(-ish) nature walks in Surrey. I'm a lover of open water swimming, dancing and hiking. I like to bring an open-minded, calm, caring and optimistic approach to everything I do.
