-Use clinical and technical knowledge to support Biosense Webster products and achieve sales goals by educating and partnering with physicians, lab staff, and hospital administration-Serve as Business Unit Leader by managing team’s case schedule and ensuring appropriate support for our customers-Field trainer responsible for training and certifying new clinical hires.

-Onboard and train new Biosense Webster Associate and Clinical Account Specialists in Los Angeles-South/San Diego region-Manage the ongoing education and certification of existing Clinical Account Specialists during new product launches. Perform quarterly field visits to help create personalized development plans and identify appropriate learning opportunities.-Assist Global Education department with internal training courses and external programs for allied health professionals, fellows, and physicians

– 1-year development rotation within Global Strategic Marketing department– Used clinical and product knowledge to assist team in study protocol development, product usage workflows, and collection of physician feedback – Completion of The Big Picture marketing course
