 Reviewed and added ACH banking information in Excalibur. Reviewed and processed check requests, electronic payments requests, and invoices. Setup new vendors in our Excalibur system and Olidex/Open Invoice after attaining proper approvals, research, and verification of W-9s with other departments. Maintained daily backup documentation with proper approvals using Exalibur Action Request archived in Audit Detail Reports for Excalibur Documentation. Researched account statuses and usage of Vendors for Excalibur cleanup projects. Researched total spend in Excalibur and in Olidex/Open Invoice over specified time periods on various projects. Verified Master Service Agreements submitted by Vendors. Worked with other Supply Chain/Purchasing members on Three Way Match. Created spreadsheets, pivot tables, and pivot charts in Excel for Price Comparisons. Responsible for Procurement/Compliance Supply Chain Weekly Report. Processed Vendor Request Forms using the approval process for vetting new vendors. Researched tax account statuses for vendors. Verified Certificates of Insurance for vendors were within compliance per signed SandRidge Master Service Agreements. Daily communication with Purchase team members, vendors, and other departments.

 Using ADP Open Invoice, Maximo, and AFE Cost Analysis, researched and reconciled OCTG Excel spreadsheets in Leases-Casing. Responsible for managing Material Transfer Tickets. Maximo Stage Report testing and exporting documents. Updated current Physical Inventory balances on a monthly basis for different sites and created Excel spreadsheets. Worked with other key Purchase team members in reconciling storerooms. Daily communication with key Purchase team members and outside groups including Vendors, Insurance Agents, Yard Managers, Risk Management, Engineers, and Accountants.
