As the Program Manager for the Capital Markets practice I supported many well known global financial and banking institutions. This practice required support and delivery of key client global initiatives, in a wide range of capabilities with regard to identification and development of strategic solutions designed to either meet a clients strategic requirement or resolve client pain points. In this role, I supported the Vice President of Capital Markets in his role to manage and develop strategies for the Capital Markets practice and client specific needs and strategies. I developed a program by which a holistic reporting process was developed to support CGI’s monthly reporting requirements. I ensured the teams supporting the various client accounts continuously adhered to CGI policies, procedures and methodologies. I coordinated team and client events and developed team recognition programs. My model easily adapted new clients added to the Capital Markets portfolio. I facilitated all activities for tracking new leads and opportunities through transition to delivery. Additionally, I ensured the appropriate level of communication across the various team are recurring & consistent.

Responsible for providing 24x7 operational coverage to 900+ staff and 96 correspondent firms and vendors. Managed a staff of 14 resources.
