My aim is not just to create beautiful spaces, but to design space that supports multiple mentalities, work methodologies, roles and responsibilities, which ultimately enhances productivity and increases office engagement. By reshaping foundational principals of the traditional office space, design can have a direct affect on employee well-being, ability to meet goals and objectives, and retention. As many question their desire to return to the office space, I am a believer the workplaces of the present and future can deliver attractive opportunities for the connection and community we have missed but also the refuge we all need.
