I have been facilitating groups of adult learners since 2007 in Canadian non-profit and post-secondary environments. Currently, I provide transformative learning experiences that give learners the necessary critical and creative thinking skills to solve complex problems with creative solutions, and become valuable contributors to future employers. As my side hustle (and passion project), I design and deliver entrepreneurial programming that enables innovators to catalyze future growth and improve productivity and competitiveness. I bring creativity and a strategic vision to curating and launching leading edge curriculum frameworks that help bridge the gap between industry and academia. Scholarship of Teaching to me is about being curious and a lifelong learner, and I am constantly seeking new strategies and best practices to workshop, course and program delivery. I implement and pilot a variety of methods such as Design for Learning (UDL) to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment, and to ensure content is accessible to the modern, mobile learner.I am a connector and have a successful track record of building relationships with diverse stakeholder groups that help form consensus and move initiatives and programs forward.
