Direct agency emergency preparedness, planning, response, and recovery programs. Oversee 24/7 operations center and emergency preparedness training and exercises. Ensure agency programs and checklists are compliant with federal directives and within Air Force Incident Management System (AFIMS) and under NIMS/ICS requirements. Author agency standard operating procedures, security & emergency response checklists, and training plans. Manage self- inspection programs and oversee all security programs within the operations center to include restricted area badge program, information security, personnel security, communications security, physical security, emissions security and computer security. Develop monthly shift schedules to support 24/7 watch center operations and the Emergency Operations Center.Supervise and evaluate a team of 12. Perform semi-annual and annual evaluations and feedback. To include, one-on-one mentoring, training documentation and record keeping, and formal certification/decertification actions. Planned, conducted and evaluated quarterly major security and emergency response exercises. COMSEC responsible officer in charge of work center all COMSEC material and TOP SECRET Control and Two Person Integrity (TPI) material. Conducted Semi-annual training for 14 member staff.Examined and assessed security programs for geographically separated units for internal inspectionsCoordinated, and implemented Unit Alert Plan. Developed with multiple agencies to include NATO representatives. Command and control liaison to emergency operations center during 6 class A/B aircraft mishaps, 135 in-flight and ground safety emergencies, 14 explosions, and vehicle improvised explosive devices, interfaced with multiple levels of leadership and on-scene responders to ensure all response actions completed.
