My roles have included formal and informal leadership in the military and private sector. As a professional in Emergency Management at Apache, TC Energy, and Pacific Gas & Electric, I have worked across multiple stakeholder groups and levels of leadership in the development of Crisis, Emergency and Continuity plans, training, exercise design, and response. Managing Emergency Operations centers both in the field and at the corporate level. I have personally been on over 100 pipeline incidents and spills, complex wildfires, natural disasters, and the COVID 19 Pandemic response. As a Non-commissioned officer, in the United States Air Force, I served in Nuclear Command and Control operations as an Operations Manager, Training Manager, and Sr. Watch Center controller. Supervised, trained, and evaluated a team of up to 14 controllers. During my time in service my teams had been recognized three consecutive years as Command Post of the year, and received the highest designation in Nuclear Assurance Compliance Inspections.
