One of the major priorities of UGL’s Asset Management strategy is to initiate the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Program. On the 'EAMagine' team, my responsibilities include: participate in Blueprint Workshops, Site Visits, compile a Business Impact Assessment document, involve field personnel in evaluating Mobile Device options (tablets), monthly Newsletter to field personnel, ongoing updates to Management team and designate 'Super Users' in each District, learn SAP (Plant Maintenance Module, Work Manager, and Rounds Manager), generate Business Procedure documentation, develop training materials, and in Q1-2015 - Training and Support.
