The pain was so bad that sitting, standing, and laying were all equally excruciating. I couldn't sleep and I was broken both physically and (more importantly) mentally. As an injured athlete, there is always that creeping feeling of "Will I ever be able to race again?" I began working with Heather and she started rehabilitating my mind first. With her care and pinpointed guidance Heather was able to get me back to 105%. I am stronger and more efficient now, after my injury, than I ever was before. Not only did Heather bring me back to full health, but I have set PRs in two swimming events while in her care. What really sets Heather apart though is her continued functional education, and her constant exploration of new methods for therapy. Whether it be proper dead-lifting technique, or breathing correctly for maximum power output, she is always incorporating new knowledge into her work to help you gain greater control of your body. I cannot recommend her highly enough." and "Heather does amazing work! A patient of hers multiple times, I've been overly impressed with her knowledge of and approach to therapy and treatment. She's extremely professional, highly personable, and will set appropriate goals for your therapy sessions to make sure you're back up on your feet and feeling strong. Can't recommend her enough!"
