As Lead Videographer, I was responsible for shooting, editing, uploading, and managing walkthrough videos of homes available for sale. I scheduled, shot and edited videos for all of the high-end properties to be featured in the digital edition of BEST Magazine, as well as our company's neighborhood videos that were shot and featured in the magazine 3 times a year. At Holland Advertising : Interactive, I worked as a part-time contractor assisting the team in creating corporate graphics, designing website layouts and adapting corporate website designs to work within Wordpress templates. I maintained and updated current websites, designed and formatted website graphics, updated and improved website coding using basic HTML, CSS, PHP and Javascript. In addition, I also implemented new technology to work with current company websites that needed adjustments or improvements.

As a Photographer for Strawbridge Studios, I photographed school children ranging in age from Pre-Kindergarden through High School Seniors for yearly formal school pictures and team sports groups and individual portraits. Also provided candid photography for schools for use in the yearbook at numerous events such as school dances, sporting events,and school activities. Organized, edited, color corrected and delivered completed photographs to schools. At MyHabit (a division of Amazon), I assisted Lead Photographers, Art Directors, Stylists and Digital Technicians in completing daily product and editorial imaging photography shoots in studio. I set up environments for photographing products and placed lighting and equipment where requested.

At dotloop, I provided customer service and technical support to the real estate agents who used the service. I assisted them with creating real estate transactions online with their clients, uploading and editing documents, resolved technical issues, and acted as a liaison with the Account Managers and Quality Assurance Team.

As an intern at Cincy Magazine, I researched and requested photos for magazine articles as needed by contacting sources via telephone and email. I uploaded, organized, edited, color corrected, and exported photos to the server that were to be used in various publications. Using a Nikon D40, I shot photos of events and completed independent photo assignments per request. Additionally, I assisted the Art Director with magazine layouts and aided professional photographers with feature article photo shoots when needed. I created web graphics, resized photos, and updated the online Event Calendar with information and photos for the web editions of the magazine.

At Siemens, I provided technical support via telephone to Guardian Life Insurance agencies, corporate locations and regional sales offices. I assisted callers with problems encountered while installing or using Guardian software, internet based applications, and the Guardian websites. When issues could not be resolved at the initial call level, I created and sent tickets up to higher levels of support per customer request for hardware repairs or software issues. I maintained a 90% resolution level on calls throughout almost 2 years of employment.
