- Developed first Apple event at NAB 2002, focusing product messaging for 350 reseller channel partners. Based on success, was lead program manager for NAB 2003, collaborated with many teams to refocused event for high-end video customers (1500+ attendees). Event had greatest ROI (1300%) of all FY’03 events, and greatly increased Apple’s relevance at this strategic industry show- Managed all logistics for largest Apple roadshow, which took place in 18 cities over 6 weeks, and had over 200,000 registrants. Managed securing venue space and catering, managing A/V and equipment interests, budgeting, and communication with the more than 200 people involved in supporting this tour. - Managed the deployment of the first large scale leads management system at Apple, and two CRM systems. - Collaborated with developers to transition Events Management application to an enterprise level system (from FileMaker to FrontBase SQL), resulting in a savings of $16 million per year.
