Multinational - US Captive Fronting

- Analyze, select and profitably price new and renewal submissions, including Directors & Officers, Employment Practices, Fiduciary, Crime and Cyber Liability coverage, for private and non-profit insureds- Negotiate pricing, terms & conditions and deal structure with broker partners- Manage a book of business including setting up broker plans, target account lists & pipelines along with arranging and monitoring plans for poor performing accounts- Develop and build strong long-term, client and broker relationships through meetings, conference calls and presentations- Collaborate with other underwriting divisions and distribution to strategically cross sell and ensure alignment of company strategies

- Initiated highly successful e-mail communication which increased customer base- Increased website traffic with social media marketing campaigns using Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn- Understood, emphasized with, and appropriately responded to issues customer presented- Support, prioritize, and perform Municibid services with a focus on client retention

- Supervised a team of 28 callers at Temple’s Call Center, averaging 300 calls a night- Monitored and determined trends of nightly, weekly and monthly statistics to achieve ultimate yearly goals- Set expectation for call representatives by coaching, counseling, and being responsible for administering disciplinary action when needed
