Hello! My name is Heather Javech, a sophomore student currently pursuing a dual degree in Textiles and Apparel and Corporate Communications Studies at the University of Texas at Austin. I have dedicated the past six years of my highschool and college career to studying the luxury fashion industry from an anthropological, socioeconomic, and artistic perspective. My first year of college allowed me to expand my knowledge through my coursework and gain experience through invaluable opportunities such as volunteering at New York Fashion Week and playing a vital role in student-run magazines and fashion organizations.I look forward to developing my understanding and skills to contribute to a perpetually evolving industry, with communication and artistry at its forefront.
