I started my career journey working my way through college. I love doing the work. I making the connections and moments that make memorable experiences for guest/customers. I like digging in and looking at the analytics and asking the questions that help make positive outcomes for guest and the business. I have 10+ years experience in hospitality management. During this time I learned to find resolutions to complex problems, multi-tasking, thinking out of the box, process improvement, and managing operational budget. These skills have allowed me to implement processes that have positively impacted guest experience, increased operational efficiency, and manage cost.
