Serves as the subject matter expert on all aspects of talent management affecting General and Flag Officers, Colonels, Navy Captains and Senior Enlisted Personnel assigned to USSPACECOM. For this population, manages assignment, promotion, and other career actions in accordance with the law, Department of Defense policy, Service regulations, and Commander’s intent, providing specific solutions necessary in a demanding joint military environment.

Assists the Director in the oversight, execution and development of Air Force Space Command policy for force structure analysis; personnel programs; civilian personnel; readiness; senior officer matters; quality force issues; equal opportunity and family support for over 36,000 military and civilian personnel located in over 175 locations worldwide, supporting the Command’s space launch, intercontinental ballistic missile, space surveillance, missile warning and satellite command and control operations. Provides assistance to all Air Force Space Command Services units, incorporating 144 Morale, Welfare and Recreation activities at locations across the globe. In addition she is the primary advisor to the Director and the Headquarters Command Chief on all enlisted personnel matters, and serves as the Manpower, Personnel and Services consultant to all the wings assigned to the Command.
