Duties include, but are not limited to: -Customizes, supports and maintains Unix/Linux servers and open-source solutions (e.g. NextCloud, etc...)-Integrate open-source and designated enterprise solutions into the existing environment; -Provide technical support in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of open-source solutions and provide troubleshooting, resolution, and updates; -Serve as Tier 3 support for Client Support Services area to maintain necessary system support services and functionality with minimal service interruptions or downtime; -Serve as a primary technical lead to implement and maintain Single Sign-On solutions for assigned in-house and cloud systems, such as ADFS and SAML protocols; -Assist with the support and customization of Unix/Linux servers; -Assist supervisor by contributing input to improve operational procedures, processes, and standards as well as change management, in alignment and collaboration with ITS goals and objectives to advance the University mission; -Ensure and maintain information security and confidentiality; -Utilize University/ITS/individual resources and time effectively to accomplish tasks and projects;-Performs research for assigned projects.
