Following a long career at JLL, I embraced a new challenge in March 2022 joining Barnardo's Property Team. Initially joining as a Senior Manager of the Asset Management Team, I was appointed Head of Property in September 2023 and am enjoying the new challenge and making a difference at such a worthwhile organisation. Embracing an interest in property management early on, I worked for over 28 years at JLL gaining extensive experience in the management of property for both investors and corporates. I have proven account management experience and my roles included lead contract director for the abrdn instruction which is one of JLL's largest MS clients. This role involved leading a cross functional team of 170 to manage the portfolio which comprised 41 funds. Prior to this role, I lead the JLL Managed Services North West team I recruited and built a team of 12 from ground up to service local and national clients. My key qualities include my proven ability to manage contracts, secure high value tenders, revenue and profit growth, change management, leadership coach, people management and supplier relationship management.I am excited to be exploring new opportunities in the real estate world utilising the experience I have gained in my career to date.
