Answer escalated inquiries and handle accounts for our top Brand advocates. Take on any escalated inquiries that come through our 3rd party customer service. Partner with our Regulatory team and help with sensitive inquiries. Partnered with our finance team to handle commission related inquiries. Partnered with our fraud team to help with fraud related.

As as Success Leader, my job is to manage a group of 15-20 Brand Ambassadors each day. QAing calls, chats, and emails to ensure they are following policy and providing exceptional customer service. Providing communication to BA's from the client and ensuring BA's have what they need to be successful.

As as Brand Ambassador I answered multiple channels such as: Phones, Chat and email. We deal with complex inquiries from clients/members and consultants regarding products/orders and consultant questions for their business. I was then moved to a chat champ position in Janaury of 2020 which was to remain in our general chatroom and answer questions coming.

Worked up patients doing extra testing such as auto-refractor, nct, checking glasses rx on lensometer, fundus photos, oct of nerve and macula, pentacam, keratographer, visual field, check vision, dilation, and setting up for procedures. I also cross trained for the front office at checkout and check in.
