Marketing - Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Oversees all marketing, advertising and staff events and activities.Licensing - Apply for and maintain all corporate licenses. Responsible for all loan originator license issues, sponsor and maintain company relationships in NMLS.Supervise the company licensing specialist. Monitor all company licenses and follow up as needed with licensing items or direct licensing specialist to assist and copy me on all correspondence with state authorities. Maintain relationships with state authorities. Maintain timely management of branch and company renewals in NMLS. Manage the licensing specialist while preparing new license applications for the company and branches on a regular basis, which includes reviewing application requirements and making sure the requested documents and necessary information from appropriate individuals to submit a complete application are included. Maintain, with the licensing specialist, all Surety Bonds for the entire organization as prescribed by each state and sign off on all requests to bond company. Ensures that any employee who does not comply with company policies and procedures designed to comply with the S.A.F.E Act requirements will be removed from LOS and branch manager/owners notified for appropriate disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. Oversee the maintenance of existing licenses as it pertains to reports, annual renewals and company updates, such as officer or branch managers changes, with strong attention to deadlines and detail.Professionalism to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally with licensing specialist, upper management, individual licensees and state regulators regarding licensing items. Strong organization skills to manage multiple licensing projects simultaneously. Provides excellent customer service within the organization and to state regulators.
