Served as the innagural Senior DEIA Advisor for USAID/Regional Development Mission for Asia (RDMA) in Bangkok, Thailand. In that role I primarily operated out of The Asia Regional Training Center (ARTC), where I developed and presented multiple DEIA professional development opportunities for Training Coordinators across USAID, Asia Training Coordinators, Foreign Service Nationals, and internal RDMA staff. Furthermore, I co-facilitated and supported the coordination and delivery of the Managing Change to Advance DEIA Workshop and the Asia Region Foreign Service National Conference. I updated key ARTC guides to incorporate culturally responsive, equity, antiracist, instructional design, and accessibility pedagogy into learning opportunities. Finally, I collaborated with ARTC, RDMA, the DEIA office in DC, and Mission Thailand to support the development of actionable long-and short-term goals to operationalize DEIA into systems and practices at RDMA.

- Draft Appellate briefs at the Federal Circuit court and Supreme Court level on various Civil Rights issues.- Organize drafting schedules for the clinic members. - Research cases, statutes, and legislative history in preparation to draft such briefs. - Helped draft and edit an Amicus Brief in the Supreme Court case, Vance v. Ball State.

- Drafted Legal memorandums and briefs for my supervising attorneys on issues pertaining to Unemployment Compensation, Veteran Affairs Benefits, Supplemental Security Income (SSI) Benefits for Children with Disabilities, Food Stamps, and State Health Insurance for Immigrants.- Researched and helped draft a successful brief for the Social Security Administrative Law Judge, which obtained SSI Disability benefits for a client. - Interacted with multiple clients on a regular basis to help assist clients secure public benefits via telephone, letter, or in person.

- Drafted four legal memorandums and briefs for my supervising attorneys on topics ranging from Veteran Affairs Benefits, Adult-Children Disability Benefits, Medicare, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. - Researched and drafted a brief for federal district court, requesting Supplemental Security Income for a client. - Interacted with clients, government entities, and private nursing facilities on a regular basis to help assist clients in securing their public benefits and safe housing via telephone, letter, or in person. - Conducted community outreach programs at various senior centers throughout the city of Philadelphia.

- Developed and organized lesson plans and assessments for the subjects of American Government, World Geography and World History. - Acted as the leader of the Community Service group. - Planned rigorous curriculums resulting in an average of 80% content mastery in Social Studies. - Advised after-school social studies enrichment and tutoring program.

- Served as member of highly selective national service corps of all academic majors who commit two years to teach in under-resourced public schools and become lifelong leaders in a wide range of careers.- Attended student-focused workshops on education equity and curriculum enrichment. - Created Social Studies materials for various subjects for use by other corps members. - Advised and mentored incoming corps members.
