My personal why is spreading joy and connecting people. I believe we are all connected, and that blending digital literacy and technology with empathy and listening is how we elevate each other in the world. For more than 20 years, I have been building communities and championing and mentoring women's issues and Diversity & Inclusion in Technology. As a business owner, consultant, award-winning Chief Marketing Officer, producer, writer, podcast host, and Microsoft MVP, I’ve built thousands of programs, communities, high-value strategies, and storytelling for businesses and individuals. As a theatre person, I love being on stage - MCing, hosting, sharing, and speaking about the subjects I am passionate about. I am thrilled to use my days to build community as Principal PM Manager for Microsoft 365 Customer Advocacy Group as a Global Community Evangelist and Event Lead. Also, by night, I write, podcast, and craft speeches about employee engagement and healthy workplaces. And I try to sleep a bit, too. I love noodling on ideas and helping my fellow humans #Flipthescript on old narratives and negativity. I know we can do anything when we do it from a place of unity, love, hope, change, reform, and kindness. Empathy makes us human. Action makes us warriors.
