This discovery led Heather to form her consultancy in 2015 and almost by accident, she began working with professionals within the real estate industry. Since then, Heather has created a remarkable track record of consulting for top Real Estate leaders across a variety of widely recognized brokerages such as: Compass, Keller Williams, Coldwell Banker and Sothebys as well as boutique brokerages across the country. Consistently, Heather’s clients double their income, develop and streamline their systems and grow their teams. Heather is a lifelong learner who is committed to personal and professional development. She has studied with world renown organizations and teachers including PSI Seminars, Gazelles, Inc and the legendary Bob Proctor. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Hawaii Pacific University. She weaves her deep understanding of human behavior, leadership and business throughout her work.
