The Social Media Academy runs tailored courses for small groups on the how to use social media more effectively for business.

With Awaroa Partners I spent five years on communications and public relations initiatives across a wide variety of client projects. I developed extensive experience in external stakeholder engagement research, development of public education material to communicate complex ideas, communication strategy development, social media strategy design and management, and project delivery. As well as being Awaroa's project manager and part of a team of consultants, I was also an account manager and managed relationships with Awaroa's partner providers.

Wellington Young Professionals Inc. (WYP) is Wellington’s leading networking organisation for young professionals. I held a volunteer PR and communications role on the committee for 12 month period, during which the organisation underwent a re-brand.

After university I contracted on a part-time basis to several small businesses where I assisted them with the transition of moving to online communication channels.

I contracted full-time to Umbrella Health as the business went from an idea to a full service company from the Victoria University incubation hub 'Vicklink'. I introduced new online communication initiatives, managed events and client relationships, and initiated the beginning of a research project for a new technological development to enhance the services offered.Umbrella offers training based on the latest scientific research and best practice standards, delivered by highly qualified and skilled facilitators with expertise in the theory and practice of resilience.
