My responsibilities at BCA were to oversee the daily operations of the organization. These duties included, managing three staff members; Office Assistant, Bookkeeper and the Programming Coordinator, producing the Schedule of Events Brochure that is published 3 times a year, reporting and working with the Board of Trustees on special events, grants and fundraising, adhering to the annual budget, developing relationships with the City of Brecksville, Brecksville Chamber of Commerce, and local businesses. As a YRC trade show representative, I assisted exhibitors and show management with their outbound shipping requirements on show site in the Greater Cleveland / Akron area. I was also responsible for the completion of documents at the advance receiving warehouse.

Sales: Responsible for the sales of modular rental displays and coordinating installation / dismantle of units. Sales experience includes cold calling the customer, working with the customer to obtain ideas for their product requirements, working one on one with a graphic designer to accomplish final project specifications, creating the job binder for the production department and coordinating with outside vendors, such as, audio visual, floral, custom furniture, or other accessories. Responsible for coordinating shipping; labor crews and providing on site support for the customer and supervising the local labor force during installation and dismantle of the unit.Customer Service: Maintained accounts with customers for various trade shows. Job requirements included: order entry, collections, onsite customer service, and sales of custom productsOffice Manager: Maintained accounts payables, receivables, filing and assisted sales with proposals and contracts.
