My responsibilities as a Reitemizer are similar to that of an Itemizer, with the added responsibility of receiving the clothing and accessories that get flagged for inaccuracy and fixing whatever problems were found from the initial itemization.

As an Itemizer, my responsibilities included double checking the received by the warehouse for defects such as alterations, stains, holes, etc... I also input the dimensions of the clothing and accessories that are accepted into our inventory.

As a Customer Service Associate, my responsibilities included making sure customers' questions and concerns were answered completely, as well as ensuring customers were checked out for their items with accuracy and speed. I was also tasked with doing freight when necessary, cleaning the store at the end of the night, and restocking when needed.
