Currently manages the art division including Marketplace Empowerment for Artists (MEA) granting program and Exhibition Award biennial awards. In 2013, implemented an assessment tool surveying grantees and alumni of professional practice training to measure impact of training on artist careers. Since 2012 has represented the Foundation on Grantmakers in the Arts' Support for Individual Artists Committee.

Managed the complexities of 6 granting programs including Operating Support (over $7million annually to 26 organizations) which included analyzing applications for panel review. Served as the organization liaison to over 100 local artists and organizations and spoke on the organization’s behalf to over 1,000 individuals at local companies during the Annual Fund Drive. Co-developed Art Si, a community initiative for Latinos in the Arts.

Designed all marketing collateral, advertisements, wrote press releases and contacted local New York City media regarding events resulting in feature listings. Managed 4 staff members. Worked closely with Marketing Consultants to develop new organization website and branding. Oversaw Education Outreach Program with programs in 7 schools in 3 NYC boroughs. Developed yearly/monthly marketing budgets and created financial reports daily. Planned, oversaw vendors and organized events.
