Corporate-wide design and implementation of quality systems including HACCP/GMP; allergen, plant(SOP) and sanitation standard operating (SSOP)protocols & procedures, quality department functions including all documentation and protocols, production specification development and documentation of company products. Executed multiple core functions; regulatory compliance, customer relations, budget development and financial oversight, all human resource functions including hiring, training, supervising, performance evaluation, staff and leadership team development, communications, and multiple project management. Corporate-wide liaison for all regulatory authorities (FDA, State, Kosher), and all customer to plant liaisons. Achieved high quality amidst extreme growth. Developed the operational quality assurance program to exceed federal, state, and customer requirements.
