My own yoga journey began over two decades ago, finding solace on the mat during motherhood where I quickly realized how essential yoga was for my physical and emotional well-being. It has taught me the practice of mindfulness and the spirit of resilience, something I share with my students everyday.At Razz Yoga, we offer a variety of services, including holistic wellness programs, nutrition coaching, and specialized yoga training, all designed to support your journey towards a balanced and mindful life.
