May 2014 - Jul 2016As part of the Economic and Business Development Team for the City in Murrieta, I coordinate meetings, keep projects on task, maintain the budget and coordinate special local and international events/ delegations for the city's ED Department. In this growing economy, we are always on the move finding new ways to keep our talented residents off the road as they commute to San Diego, Irvine or Los Angeles. We are quickly becoming the place for technology companies to set up shop. The Murrieta Innovation Center is one key to the city's economic strategy. It is basically an incubator on steroids. We have dedicated the old city hall building at 26442 Beckman Court to helping young companies focused on Healthcare Technologies and Medical Devices grow. A huge undertaking but with InSoCal CONNECT's dynamo, Jay Goth, and his experience, connections and energy, this Innovation Center will be like nothing else in the nation. Love this city and its passion to create a wonderful quality of life for its residents.
