I have recently achieved a BSc Honours Degree from the prestigious Northern College of Acupuncture York, with over 400 clinical hours hands-on training. A Moving Difference provides wellness workshops, classes and seminars specializing in Qigong and Tai chi for children and adults. Clients can choose from a variety of programmes, designed to balance and refresh the body, mind, and spirit. All programmes are suitable for a wide range of abilities and exercise experience.

Tai Chi and Qigong Exercise Instruction; Wellness Education

Mystic Monkey Chinese Education provides Chinese language and cultural classes (including Tai Chi), and workshops to schools in the UK.

Present, instruct, adapt program format to a variety of clients in corporate, fitness and private class sessions.

Provide international Tai Chi and Qigong sessions via skype links in the clinic. Provide personal and small group sessions in Qigong and/or Tai Chi to patients of the clinic; format individualized Qigong and/or Tai Chi sequences to fit the health needs and goals of clients; organize and present educational seminars and workshops; provide community classes in Qigong and Tai Chi.
