Families Living Optimal Wellness is about helping busy parents take care of themselves and find balance so they can be the peaceful, positive parents they want to be.I host a series called the Parent Empowerment Network, where I interview various experts on topics related to wellness, positive parenting, holistic and natural health, self-care, and life balance.I work with parents, both one-on-one, and in groups, to achieve their goals and create the life of their dreams.I create and conduct workshops and programs to help parents declutter, lower stress, and more.
