As a Program Manager, I effectively support a team of student mentors in the Teachers College as they assist students in achieving their career and degree goals.

I have the great opportunity to interact with adult students on the way to becoming certified teachers. I take an active role and a personal interest in my students' success. I motivate and encourage my students as I contact them on a regular basis throughout their entire program.
